Our management team
Coles Homes owners and managers bring over 20 years of combined experience in building and managing various projects through every phase of development. They are currently engaged in developing the HUD communities of Ozark Acres in Fairdealing, Missouri, which also includes a focus on manufactured homes and mini homes to meet the needs of the residents.
RHIANNON PAYNE: Rhiannon is 28 years old and handles the behind-the-scenes office work. She oversees the marketing for Coles Homes, Ozark Oak Firewood, and other related ventures.
JOHN PAYNE: John is 44 years old and owns his own construction business in and around Fairdealing, MO. With over 30 years in the construction industry, he has earned a high customer satisfaction rating. John manages his company and crews personally, ensuring hands-on and efficient operations. He also serves as our main Sales Rep at Coles Homes and is delighted to be part of the team.
RODGER C. SERATT: Rodger, at 74 years old, is a part owner and managing member of AFC. He holds a BSBA in Personnel Management and has extensive experience, having owned and managed Seratt Realty for 10 years, Ozark River Farms, Inc. for 13 years, Cole Manufactured Housing for 12 years, ZEB Solar Solutions, LLC for 10 years, and Semo Collections, Inc. for 14 years.
Our Purpose
Coles Homes was established in _____ to sell quality manufactured homes and was reestablished in 2025 in partnership with Legacy Housing Corporation to provide manufactured and mini homes to Fair Dealing, MO, and surrounding areas.
Coles Homes combines the expertise of Semo Collections, Inc., with 14 years of ownership and management of construction projects and rental properties, alongside 19 years in the manufactured homes sales business. Additionally, Zeb Solar Solutions LLC brings 10 years of experience in solar design, manufacturing, and installation. This dedicated team will focus on building HUD communities that feature affordable housing with solar-assisted amenities, ensuring you have access to the best homes around.
